Founder & owner Ralph Broos has been working in the music, film, TV and live entertainment industry for over 30 years.

From Zappa to Stravinsky, Lightning Hopkins to Gershwin or Bowie to Zimmer, from early age he was fascinated by music crossing all genres. Working with the most talented music makers is his life's mission. As a musician, composer, studio engineer, music producer, studio manager, post-production manager, executive producer, producer or concert promotor: supporting talent is Ralph’s everlasting motivation.

His experience in the music and entertainment industry makes him the right man in the right place to connect talents in various disciplines. Film, TV, score, musical or stage performance, it holds no secrets for him.
